Anthony Joshua is keeping fans in suspense about his return to the boxing ring, with a decision expected only 48 hours before the fight. His last match was a knockout by Daniel Dubois in September at Wembley, and now he is eyeing a warm-up bout before facing off against Tyson Fury. There are talks of Joshua being added to an undercard event before Christmas at short notice.

Promoter Eddie Hearn mentioned that a final call on Joshua’s next fight will be made this week. Hearn expressed the possibility of Joshua appearing unexpectedly for a fight without prior publicity, aiming for a low-key approach. However, he highlighted an exception to this plan, indicating that a potential match against YouTuber Jake Paul could be an exciting prospect.

Regarding coaching, Joshua is exploring options for a new team after being under Ben Davison’s guidance for his recent fights. He recently visited Oleksandr Usyk’s training camp in Spain as he gears up for the next phase of his career. Notably, Joshua has had training stints with various coaches in the past, including Tony Sims, Rob McCracken, Robert Garcia, and Derrick James, before aligning with Fury’s former stable.

In other boxing news, the Chris Eubank Jr. vs. Conor Benn rematch is scheduled for Saturday, November 15, at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Viewers have the option to watch the fight on DAZN PPV for £24.99 or for free with a DAZN Ultimate plan.
