Virgin Media has launched a special autumn promotion, introducing a new bundle that combines Netflix with high-speed broadband at a daily cost of £1. This offer includes selected fibre broadband packages providing ultra-fast speeds of up to 1,130Mbps.

Customers can now access this deal on two different plans, offering average speeds ranging from 500Mbps to an impressive 1,130Mbps. By opting for these plans, customers will receive a complimentary Netflix subscription, resulting in savings of £143.76 over the 24-month contract compared to the standard monthly fee of £5.99.

Virgin Media has slashed the prices of its fastest broadband packages to the lowest they have ever been. Customers can now enjoy speeds of 1,130Mbps for just £29.99 per month, which is equivalent to around £1 per day. The company, however, has not specified the end date for these discounted offers.

In a move similar to EE’s recent promotion, Virgin has reduced the prices of its more affordable plans, starting at £23.99 for speeds of 132Mbps. It’s important to note that this lower-priced option does not include a Netflix subscription.

To avoid double-billing, customers who already have a Netflix subscription and register with the same email address at Virgin will have their existing subscription temporarily paused. Additionally, there is no setup fee for Virgin’s broadband service, saving customers the usual £35 charge.

Virgin Media is now offering a complimentary Netflix subscription with broadband plans starting at £27.99 per month.

Here are the current deals available in Virgin’s broadband sale:

– M125 Fibre Broadband – £23.99 per month
– M350 Fibre Broadband – £25.99 per month
– M500 + Netflix Fibre Broadband – £27.99 per month
– Gig1 + Netflix Fibre Broadband – £29.99 per month

Customers who sign up for the Gig1 + Netflix Fibre Broadband package will also receive Virgin’s WiFi guarantee at no extra cost, ensuring a minimum speed of 30Mbps in every room or a £100 bill credit. However, like many providers, Virgin increases prices annually, with a £4 monthly rise scheduled every April.

While prices may increase in the future, Virgin’s current offers outshine Sky’s broadband pricing, with Sky’s 900Mbps Full Fibre Broadband package costing £40 per month, making it both slower and more expensive than Virgin’s equivalent deal.

Meanwhile, Hyperoptic is enticing customers to switch to its broadband service with rewards of up to £300. However, availability may vary by location, so it’s advisable to check coverage on the Hyperoptic website. For those sticking with Virgin, the company has received numerous positive reviews on Trustpilot.

Customers have expressed satisfaction with Virgin’s services, with one remarking on the speed and reliability of their internet and TV, praising the prompt resolution of any issues. Another customer highlighted the consistent quality and value of the services provided by Virgin, despite minor price increases over time.

In contrast, a mixed review pointed out some past issues with customer service at Virgin, alongside price adjustments, but acknowledged the reliable internet speeds. On a positive note, a five-star review commended Virgin for their outstanding service and efficient equipment delivery.
