During the video, Kate appeared radiant as she discussed the various adjustments she has had. She confirmed having undergone a nose job, lip, cheek, and chin fillers, Botox injections on her forehead and crow’s feet, as well as a breast augmentation.

Addressing her audience, Kate expressed her desire to address misconceptions about her appearance, stating, “I detest dishonesty regarding cosmetic procedures. Recently, I was questioned at a restaurant about the disparity between my appearance and my ID photo.”
She further elaborated, “Honestly, the alterations are not extensive, but even if they were, why should it matter? The most noticeable changes include my nose, lip, cheek, and chin fillers, along with Botox on my forehead and crow’s feet.”
Regarding her body, Kate revealed, “The only surgical enhancement I have had so far is a breast augmentation, with 400CC implants placed over the muscle due to my initial moderate profile. Interestingly, I dissolved all my fillers before undergoing the nose job approximately two years ago.”
Ending her post with the caption “Always open to sharing more before pictures too!!”, Kate’s openness comes amidst reports of her readiness to explore new relationships following Liam Payne’s tragic passing.
Liam passed away in 2024 after a fatal fall from a hotel balcony in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Subsequent toxicology findings revealed the presence of alcohol, cocaine, and a prescription antidepressant in his system.
