Apple has introduced a striking new MacBook, making their laptops more budget-friendly. The newly launched MacBook Neo is now available starting at £599, which is a significant £500 less than the latest M5-powered MacBook Air.

Despite the lower price, the Neo maintains a premium look and feel. It boasts a sleek aluminium design, a vibrant 13-inch Liquid Retina display, a robust 16-hour battery life, and a comfortable keyboard ideal for daily tasks. Buyers can select from four lively colors: Silver, Citrus, Indigo, and Blush.

To keep costs down, Apple has outfitted the Neo with the A18 Pro chip, commonly found in their smartphones. Nonetheless, the laptop delivers ample power for everyday activities like web browsing, video editing, photo retouching, and streaming content on-the-go.

While the £599 initial price tag is appealing, Sky has introduced an offer that spreads the cost, making it even more attractive. Sky is providing the MacBook Neo on a £12.50 per month contract, including a SIM card with 100MB of free data. The deal mandates a 48-month contract and a £24 upfront payment, totaling £624 over the contract period, slightly more than purchasing the laptop outright.

The £12.50 monthly rate applies to the 256GB model, which does not include a Touch ID fingerprint scanner on the keyboard. For the 512GB version with Touch ID, the monthly cost is £15.

The MacBook Neo is not exclusive to Sky; it is also available through major retailers such as Argos, Currys, and Amazon.
