Luke Littler humorously mentioned that he might entertain the idea of entering the I’m a Celebrity jungle if a substantial £50 million offer was on the table, despite his current reservations after watching the show. The 18-year-old darts prodigy has been closely following this season’s installment of the show to support his friend Angry Ginge. Speculation arose about Littler possibly joining the show following his friend’s appearance, with Littler indicating that he would contemplate it for the right compensation.
When asked about the possibility of participating in the show, Littler commented that he might consider it for the right price. However, he has now revealed that after witnessing the challenges on the show, he no longer feels as enthusiastic about the prospect of joining the hosts, Ant and Dec, in the jungle. In a recent interview with talkSPORT, Littler expressed his hesitation, stating that he couldn’t imagine participating in the show after witnessing the daunting challenges.
Despite being questioned about a £10 million offer, Littler declined the idea. However, when the interviewer proposed a substantial £50 million sum, Littler’s stance shifted to a more tentative “maybe.” He elaborated on his reluctance by mentioning his aversion to snakes and similar challenges, jokingly dismissing the idea of participating.
While Angry Ginge prepares for upcoming trials, Littler is gearing up to defend his title at the PDC World Darts Championship, commencing at Ally Pally next month. Last year, he made history as the youngest world darts champion and currently holds the top world ranking. Littler aims to follow in Gary Anderson’s footsteps by attempting to retain the Sid Waddell trophy, starting with a first-round match against Darius Labanauskas on December 11.
