Dianne Buswell from Strictly Come Dancing has strongly refuted allegations that her dance partner Stefan Dennis intentionally left the show early. Stefan, known for his role in Neighbours, had to withdraw from the BBC program due to a calf muscle tear. Despite online speculations suggesting a planned exit due to Dianne’s pregnancy, she dismissed these claims.

The 36-year-old professional dancer, expecting her first child with her partner Joe Sugg, addressed a viewer’s comment on her Instagram Stories. The comment implied a planned departure for safety reasons, but Dianne emphasized her desire to continue dancing. She defended Stefan, expressing his disappointment at not being able to dance.

Stefan expressed his devastation over leaving the show prematurely after tearing his calf muscle. Dianne thanked him for being a great partner, and fellow Strictly stars showed support online. Stefan had previously missed a week of rehearsals due to illness but had returned before his injury forced him to exit the show.
