Former Prince Andrew, now known as Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, has been called upon by the United States to provide testimony regarding Jeffrey Epstein. Congressional investigators have expressed their desire for his cooperation in revealing the associates and facilitators of Mr. Epstein.

Representative Robert Garcia, from the House Oversight Committee, sent a letter requesting the royal’s participation in a recorded interview due to his well-documented ties with Epstein. The letter specifically addresses allegations of Andrew engaging in sexual activities with Virginia Giuffre during her teenage years, allegations that Andrew vehemently denies.

The correspondence sets a deadline for Andrew’s response, expecting him to address the Committee’s inquiries by November 20, 2025. The letter emphasizes the importance of Andrew’s insights to shed light on Epstein’s criminal network.

The Committee on Oversight and Government Reform seeks Andrew’s collaboration in their investigation into Jeffrey Epstein’s illicit activities. Given Andrew’s close relationship with Epstein and the allegations against him, the Committee believes he may possess crucial information about Epstein’s criminal enterprise.

Andrew’s extensive history with Epstein, including joint travels to various locations, raises suspicions of his involvement in illegal activities with minors. The Committee highlights a 2011 email exchange where Andrew expressed solidarity with Epstein, further fueling their belief in Andrew’s potential knowledge of Epstein’s illegal acts.

Allegations made by Virginia Roberts Giuffre regarding Andrew’s misconduct and documented flight records linking Andrew to Epstein’s activities prompt the Committee’s inquiry into Andrew’s association with Epstein. The Committee also references a previous settlement agreement restricting Giuffre from speaking out against Andrew.

Recent reports indicate that UK authorities are investigating claims that Andrew attempted to discredit Giuffre in 2011, reinforcing concerns about potential retaliation against victims. The Committee aims to uncover any attempts to silence victims and seeks Andrew’s cooperation in elucidating Epstein’s criminal network.

The Committee urges Andrew to make himself available for an interview to provide insights into Epstein’s accomplices, stressing the urgency and gravity of the situation. They request a response from Andrew by November 20, 2025, citing their authority to investigate such matters under House Rule X.

For any further inquiries regarding the request, the Committee encourages Andrew to contact Democratic staff members. The Committee emphasizes the importance of Andrew’s prompt attention to their investigation.
