Manchester United is reportedly open to allowing Bruno Fernandes to depart if another club triggers his release clause set at £56.68 million. The 31-year-old midfielder caught the attention of Al-Hilal, a Saudi Arabian team, during the recent transfer window but opted to reject their advances, despite a substantial offer of £700,000 per week. Fernandes expressed his commitment to Manchester United in a recent discussion with the media.

Although Fernandes has hinted that he will not consider his future at Old Trafford until after the 2026 World Cup, reports indicate that his contract includes a provision for a potential exit if a non-English club meets the specified fee.

Fernandes, who joined United from Sporting CP in 2020 for £47 million, has been pivotal for the team, contributing significantly with 100 goals and 87 assists in 299 appearances. He confirmed that various European clubs, including those from Saudi Arabia, have shown interest in him, but no formal offers have been made to United.

The player disclosed details of conversations he had with United’s chief executive and football director, indicating that the club is willing to entertain offers for him but also keen on retaining his services. While Fernandes acknowledged interest from other clubs, including Al-Hilal with rumored offers of up to £100 million, he emphasized his current focus on United.
