Nathan Fielder, the well-known Vancouver comedian, writer, and director, has unveiled a teaser for his upcoming project following the recent season of “The Rehearsal.” Fielder’s new venture is a documentary focusing on Elizabeth Holmes, the Theranos founder convicted of fraud in 2022 for falsely claiming to have developed revolutionary blood testing technology capable of detecting numerous diseases with minimal blood samples.
Titled “You Can See Everything,” the film, a collaboration between Fielder and filmmaker Lance Oppenheim, chronicles the events leading to Holmes’s imprisonment in 2023. Oppenheim, recognized for previous works like “Spermworld” (2024) and “Some Kind of Heaven” (2020), has established himself as a prominent documentarian.
Fielder gained fame through his show “Nathan For You,” where he humorously dispenses misguided business advice. The documentary is set to be distributed by A24, known for its distinctive visual style and eerie atmospheres. The trailer showcases a tense exchange between Fielder and Holmes, hinting at the intriguing dynamics explored in the film.
