A man who targeted young girls as young as 10 cried and apologized to his mother as he received punishment for his appalling actions.

Lucifer Hunter, a twisted individual, pretended to be a 16-year-old boy to manipulate and coerce children he connected with on various social media platforms like Xbox, TikTok, Snapchat, and Instagram. He bombarded his victims with explicit messages and coerced them into sending him inappropriate images by referring to himself as “Daddy.”

One victim was subjected to a disturbing FaceTime call during which Hunter engaged in inappropriate behavior in front of her. He demanded similar actions from the girls, threatening them if they refused to comply with his demands or share explicit images.

Hunter made frightening threats to the girls, including sending someone to rape them or spreading the images they sent. His manipulative tactics instilled fear in the victims, with one visibly shaken when the police mentioned his name.

In a court hearing at Canterbury Crown Court, Hunter pleaded guilty to 14 charges related to online child sexual activities, indecent communications, and possession of inappropriate images. The prosecutor revealed that Hunter preyed on four girls aged between 10 and 15 over a span of four years.

During the proceedings, it was mentioned that Hunter would switch from a kind demeanor to aggression when his demands were not met. One victim described feeling scared and traumatized by Hunter’s actions, noting how he tracked her movements and showed up uninvited at an event.

Hunter, who possessed indecent images and unusual items, was sentenced to five years in prison. Despite pleas for leniency based on his mental health issues, the judge emphasized the calculated and harmful nature of Hunter’s offenses, leading to the prison sentence.

At the end of the hearing, Hunter appeared confused but tearfully apologized to his mother upon hearing his five-year sentence.
