Securing the top position is SAP, a software engineering company, offering senior-level account executives salaries ranging from £57,000 to £89,000. SAP received accolades for its flexible working hours, generous vacation time, cutting-edge technology, and emphasis on work-life balance.
Mastercard claimed the second spot for its inclusive workforce, exceptional benefits, and promotion of a flexible work environment. Managerial roles at Mastercard come with salaries ranging from £65,000 to £80,000.
Google, ranking third, compensates software engineers with £70,000 to £100,000. Employees commended Google for its competitive pay, innovative technology, flexible work arrangements, and opportunities for career advancement.
