While the UK has banned fur farms, the import and sale of fur are still permitted, leading to continued support for the industry. ACTAsia’s efforts to raise awareness about the fur industry, particularly in China, have led to a decrease in the number of fur farms in the country. The organization has also collaborated with retailers worldwide to promote the Fur Free Retailers scheme.
