Nigel Farage has seemingly concurred with David Lammy’s assessment that a Reform MP’s language is outdated. Acting in place of Keir Starmer during PMQs, the Deputy Prime Minister denounced the “racist” remarks made by Sarah Pochin on TalkTV last month.

In response to a caller, Ms. Pochin, the MP for Runcorn and Helsby, expressed frustration at the sight of advertisements featuring non-white individuals. David Lammy criticized Ms. Pochin’s remarks as antiquated.

During his address, Lammy pointed out the behavior of a Reform MP as indicative of a lack of accountability and chaos. Nigel Farage visibly agreed as he listened to a question from Labour MP Tristan Osborne regarding the troubled administration of the Reform-led council in Kent.

In a separate incident, Ms. Pochin apologized for her comment about diverse advertisements causing irritation, acknowledging that her wording was poor. Despite facing backlash, she maintained her stance that many ads do not accurately represent British society.
