Celebrities graced the launch event of a new upscale gift service. Notable personalities like Juliet Mayhew from Real Housewives of London, Nicola McLean from Big Brother, and model Kamile Spann attended the exclusive luncheon at Apollo’s Muse in Mayfair, London. The gathering celebrated the debut of Roxy Wraps, a luxury gifting, wrapping, and concierge service founded by Katrina Aleksa. The attendees enjoyed champagne, indulged in a meal featuring steak and sea bass at an elegantly set table, showcasing Katrina’s meticulous attention to detail. Each guest left with personalized boxes filled with artisanal chocolates.

Katrina, with a background in art consulting and curation, aims to redefine gift-giving by offering curated sourcing and customized wrapping services. She plans to introduce an exclusive events membership in the upcoming autumn season. Additionally, she is a co-founder of AWITA (Association of Women in the Arts), a supportive organization for women in the art sector.

Katrina’s vision for Roxy Wraps revolves around merging aesthetics, emotional narratives, and exclusivity to create unique gifting experiences.

Juliet, a star on Real Housewives of London, anticipates the second season of the Hayu show. The series, launched in August, marked the streaming platform’s first original British production within the global franchise.

The debut cast, including Juliet Angus, Amanda Cronin, Karen Loderick-Peace, Juliet Mayhew, Panthea Parker, and Nessie Welschinger, has already made a splash with a blend of luxury, humor, and complex drama reflective of London’s essence. The show offers a sumptuous yet candid portrayal of friendship, status, and transformation in the city.

Throughout the first season, disputes arose among the women regarding loyalty, appearances, lifestyles, and even borrowing clothes. Episode titles like “Alcohol & Ozempic” and “White Witches and Warm Champagne” hint at the swift transformation of a casual brunch into a contentious environment.

As the season finale approached, tensions escalated between Juliet, Amanda, and Panthea, setting the stage for anticipated confrontations during the forthcoming reunion show hosted by Katherine Ryan, scheduled for release on Monday.

Juliet reflects, “What surprised me the most was how genuine the lingering drama felt even after filming had concluded; emotions were still raw. Issues like the ongoing fallout between Juliet, Angus, and Amanda, or Panthea’s disputes over trust and betrayal, were not staged. At times, production had to intervene to defuse the situations.”

Katherine emphasizes that amidst the conflicts, the series also captures moments of reconciliation and vulnerability. She notes, “Many of these women have faced personal challenges or heartbreak, and their conflicts often revolve around issues of trust rather than mere gossip. Witnessing their genuine vulnerability adds depth and intrigue to the show.”
