Sky TV customers will notice a significant change in their viewing options starting April 30. Sky has revamped its Cinema channel lineup by merging Sky Cinema Animation, previously on channel 312, into Sky Cinema Family on channel 304. This move aims to consolidate family-friendly films in one place for easier access.

Despite the channel merger, viewers will not lose any content; all favorite movies like Shrek, The Secret Life of Pets, Smurfs, How to Train Your Dragon, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, and Wicked will still be available on Sky Cinema Family. Sky reassures customers that the content from Sky Cinema Animation will remain accessible through the new channel.

For fans of Sky Cinema Animation, there is good news. The channel will make periodic comebacks during school holidays, scheduled from July 24 to August 30, October 23 to November 1, and December 1 to January 5. This allows children to enjoy their favorite films during breaks from school.
