A woman who bought the most haunted doll in the UK has revealed that it continues to torment her, but she has taken on the responsibility of safeguarding other possessed objects.
Candice Collins, a 43-year-old from Cornwall, now owns a rare newspaper about the Salem witch trials and possesses eerie items like a cursed painting of a crying boy and a doll resembling a trapped human boy.
Despite facing eerie experiences such as whispers and the sensation of being watched, Candice remains determined. She has encountered nightmares and strange occurrences, including hearing dolls’ footsteps and seeing black shadows and flickering lights.
Candice, who leads a paranormal investigation group named Cornish Ghost Whispers, acquired the doll Norman from its previous owner, Christian Hawksworth. The previous owner reported a series of misfortunes after obtaining the doll, leading him to sell it to Candice for £200.
Since bringing Norman home, strange sounds and disturbances have escalated, but Candice remains resolute in her collection of haunted items, including a sinister clown ventriloquist dummy named Clive and a mysterious Devil’s ring.
Candice dreams of establishing a paranormal research museum with her collection but, for now, she is focused on protecting others from these haunted objects. One of her most unsettling discoveries is a doll that appears remarkably human, which she fears could cause disastrous events if released to the public.
