Vicky McClure has shared a charming anecdote about her relationship with husband Jonny, revealing that she realized it was love when he took her for a simple “sausage cob” on one of their initial dates.
The accomplished Nottingham actress, best known for her roles in popular TV shows like Line Of Duty and Trigger Point, tied the knot with writer and director Jonny Owen in August 2023.
Reflecting on their first meeting, Vicky fondly recalled how Jonny’s choice of a casual meal resonated with her, symbolizing a genuine connection. Their wedding reception further embraced this laid-back vibe with a menu featuring Welsh rarebit and sausage cobs, emphasizing a relaxed and joyful atmosphere.
