Prince William has expressed his support for King Charles’ decision to remove all of Prince Andrew’s titles. Buckingham Palace has confirmed that Andrew has agreed to vacate Royal Lodge amidst ongoing controversy surrounding his association with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

Despite Andrew’s denial of any wrongdoing, Buckingham Palace has cited “serious lapses of judgment” as the reason for stripping him of all royal titles, now identifying him as Andrew Mountbatten Windsor. The Palace has initiated the formal process to revoke Andrew’s Style, Titles, and Honours.

In a statement, the Palace announced the termination of Andrew’s lease at Royal Lodge, prompting his relocation to alternative private accommodation. While Andrew denies the allegations against him, the Palace deems these actions necessary, with the King showing his support for the decision.

Additionally, the King will make appropriate private arrangements for Andrew as he transitions out of Royal Lodge, with his former wife Sarah Ferguson also making plans for a new residence. Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice will maintain their titles, following the guidelines set by King George V’s Letters Patent of 1917.
