Emman had recently moved from the Philippines to Los Angeles to pursue her dream of becoming a top influencer in the United States, considering LA as a hub for renowned social media personalities.
With a substantial following on TikTok exceeding 856,000 followers and close to 50 million likes, Emman was a significant presence on the platform. Her Instagram account also boasted over 218,000 followers. She openly shared her personal challenges, including dealing with bipolar disorder, advocating for body positivity, and addressing thoughts of suicide.

Emman’s family, known as one of the prominent families in the Philippines, included her grandfather, former Manila mayor Lito Atienza.
