Renowned for adorning the eyes of celebrities like Taylor Swift, Beyonce, Adele, and even Michelle Obama, Lilly Ghalichi, 42, co-founded the luxury lash brand Lilly Lashes with her sister 16 years ago, garnering fame primarily in the United States.

Ghalichi gained initial recognition in 2012 through appearances on Bravo’s Shahs of Sunset for two seasons, after which she shifted focus to her beauty enterprise.

With a recent partnership with Superdrug, Lilly Lashes has made its debut on British shelves, marking a significant milestone for the brand. Ghalichi proudly stated, “We are synonymous with Hollywood glamour. A-listers like Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, Jennifer Lopez, and Beyonce trust our lashes for their red-carpet moments.”

Highlighting the endorsement from renowned personalities, Ghalichi shared, “Celebrities like Taylor Swift and Beyonce have exclusively worn our lashes for major events such as tours and residencies. Even Adele’s makeup team reached out to us expressing her preference for our lashes.”

Reflecting on a memorable interaction, Ghalichi revealed her astonishment when Michelle Obama personally contacted her, exclaiming, “The fact that Michelle reached out to us was surreal.”

The inception of Lilly Lashes stemmed from Ghalichi’s own struggles to achieve the desired glamorous look with existing false lashes. Following a blog post and an initial order of 300 lash units, the brand took off. Ghalichi explained, “There was a gap in the market for lashes that provided the desired glamour without the hassle of layering multiple pairs.”

Balancing her business and family life, Ghalichi manages her beauty brand along with caring for her two children, Alara and Kashton. Lilly Lashes are now accessible at Superdrug stores across the UK, offering a range of styles complete with lash adhesive for a hassle-free experience.
